At Pure Intentions Events, we offer full refunds on merchandise returned in unopened and undamaged condition within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned items. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
